MMS Day 18-23 May 6, 2008
Sorry I haven’t updated in a few days, my workload has been tremendous. Unfortunately, more work does not seem to equal much more pay. Perhaps it is time to find a new job, especially when you start to dread the one you are going to everyday. Anyway, here is what is going on…
I have my husband back up to 10 drops, and it seems as if all side effects at that dosage have subsided. Time for him to forge ahead. I did change the activator to lemon juice, and it seems to make the taste of the MMS much stronger. Now that I am at a 15 drop dose, I find the tartness of the lemon (75 drops) and apple juice to be too much for me to bear. Tonight I tried the 15 drops with a 1/2 cup of water, and I found that to be way easier for me to take. With the lemon and apple juice I found that even if I could get it passed my lips, my jaws would pucker so bad I couldn’t swallow it. Sour or tart foods have never been a favorite of mine anyway, so I assume this is just personal preference. However, the tartness did not bother me until I hit 15 drops. You decide!
Tonight was my second 15 drop dose, and it is no joke. I feel extremely nauseated right after drinking, but I have not vomited. The nausea starts within minutes of drinking it and ends about 30 mins after it starts. It isn’t a huge problem, but it doesn’t feel good. So why keep taking it if you feel bad? Simple, because I feel bad for a few minutes and better the rest of the time. I cannot describe how much better I feel now compared to nearly a month ago. I am not sure I can do the 15 drop dose for too long, I think it is recommended to be there for a week, not sure I can do that. I will do it for as long as I can tolerate the taste, then I will go ahead and drop down to the maintenance dose.
PM dose today as follows:
15 X 75 LJ X 1/2 c Distilled Water

hello,
great to hear about your journey with mms i have been taking it just to clear out my system and i feel much better generally i my mother has been taking for diabetes i now have her up to 10 drops and her doctor says that he has noted a uniform decrease in insulin intake she stoped for a while and now she has started again there is no need to have as much insulin because she will have a”low” a first she couldnt hadle the taste but after a break it seems she is not avinghe reaction its the same for me it doesnt give me the nausea lke it did when i first started its mild so keep it up its only for awhile also importantly i suggest you do the 10 percent solution of citric acid instead of the lemon juice its more effective and i will not be as tart you can buy the citric acid powder from the supermarket or local store add 1 gram of the powder to 10 ml o pure water then its the same ratio of 5 drops of citric acid solution to 1 drop mms.
hope you keep it up .
regards jared
That is great Jared! Congratulations to both, but especially to your mother. It sounds as if it is doing something beneficial for her. Keep us posted on her journey too, please.
Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with white stool with the mms. I am on the second day of the 15 drops and been coping with the side effects but its getting better. Morning dose is rough as you need alot of food to deal with the nausea. The before bedtime dose is better because your sleeping.
The 15 drop dose is rough on me too, or it was for about 3 days. I did not experience white stools nor did my husband. If you are uncomfortable with this you should back down a couple drops. It definitely isn’t a side effect I have dealt with, so I can’t say why it may be happening.
Somehow i missed the point. Probably lost in translation
Anyway … nice blog to visit.
cheers, Imperativeness!
Thank you for visiting, and I am sorry there is a communication barrier.
