MMS Progress Update April 17, 2008

It is amazing that some of the things I didn’t list in my ailments post, are gone.  Things that I didn’t think about because they have been going on so long, and things that I didn’t think the MMS would help.  Things I have learned to live with, and no longer seemed like health issues, they were just part of everyday life.   I think sometimes we get so used to living with something abnormal that we forget it is not routine behavior for our bodies.  So this post is dedicated to all the problems I thought were just part of life for me, and never thought would subside.

My wrist pain is completely gone, and I have had this my entire life.  I never remember a time that I didn’t have weekly episodes of shooting pains in my wrist.  If I wrote too much in school, during tumbling classes, during bowling, during my piano lessons, during work, during too much typing, and sometimes just when I am idle.  I have never thought of it as a health issue, because it has always been there, since my very first memories it has always been there.  Anyway, I am happy to report that it seems fixed.  I used to have the episodes weekly as a child and several times a week as an adult.  Usually during heavy lifting now, and too much typing.  I never thought it was carpal tunnel, because you aren’t born with that.  I am glad it is gone, I haven’t had an episode of it in nearly 2 weeks.  It’s awesome, but I never thought it was something that was correctable.  Yippee, bonus surprise.

Since the end of March, I have lost 11 lbs., is it a result of the MMS?  It is not a direct result of the MMS, but I believe it is an indirect result.  I did not start MMS at the end of March, as you can see from my diary.  I did a full body detox at the end of March, and then started the MMS the 9th of April.  I believe the two combined have resulted in some weight loss.  It may just be because I have gotten rid of a lot of the sludge, or it could be the result of a Candida die off.

Since the Candida die off, I have noticed a lot of changes.  I no longer crave sugar and carbs, yes I still eat them but I don’t feel I have to now.  Now I can eat them in moderation and I don’t feel I need more or that I am deprived.  I have cut down my soda intake considerably, and my chip eating habits are under control.  I am still not drinking quite enough water, but I am getting more than I was.  Since I no longer crave all the sugar, it makes it easier to choose water to drink.  Also, my caffeine intake has decreased dramatically.  I still have my cup of coffee in the morning, but I may not drink any caffeine for the rest of the day.  That could be due in part to my lack of sugar craving.  Since I am not having a sugar and carb crash, I don’t need the caffeine to get me over the hump.

Other positive effects I have noticed, my vaginal discharge is nearly gone or what I would consider a normal amount of discharge daily.  I am not sure I listed this in my ailments list, I guess I didn’t think about it.  I was diagnosed with an “overactive cervix” since the birth of my first child 14 years ago.  The doctor stated that all we could do for it was to freeze my cervix and kill some of the glands that excrete vaginal mucous.  She said this works most every time, but sometimes it kills too many glands and you end up too dry forever.  Since it is pretty invasive and they don’t put you out for it and it may not work in my favor, I declined the procedure.  After all, I would rather be too moist forever than too dry forever.  I can make it through the day without wearing panty liners now, with no uneasiness.  This in itself will help take care of some other problems.  Such as chaffing, odor, and maybe even urinary tract infections.

The sinus infection is still hanging on by a thread, but still much better than before the MMS.  I think I have had considerably progress in 9 days, that I am not going to squabble over the sinus infection.  I am sure it will go, I just don’t know how long it will take.  I can breath through my nose, which is something I have struggled with for more than a decade.  I have always slept with my mouth open to compensate for not breathing through my nose.  I can’t even remember the last time I took an allergy or sinus pill, and it used to me a near daily regimen for me.  I think this is a combination of the MMS and the Propolis as the allergies were helped by the Propolis prior to taking the MMS.

Headaches were something I used to suffer from, probably due to the sinus and allergy issues, I have not had a headache now in over a week.  I have had minor headaches after taking MMS, but they were gone within 20-30 mins.  I think this is a result of the sinuses being open now, typically the headaches were right above my eyes so I assume they were sinus headaches.

I had my first period on MMS the day after I started taking it.  I don’t know if the results are from the Propolis or the MMS.  This is my second period since starting the propolis supplement.  My periods are usually 7-14 days, and have been my entire life.  I have had ovarian cysts since I was 14, and the doctors said it may be a result of that.  They have always been heavy and abnormally long, but the only thing they could do for it was put me on birth control or remove the ovaries.  Since I was 14 my parents decided I could live with it, and would not make any permanent decisions for me.  My period this month was still just as heavy as always, but it only last 5 days of heavy flow and 1 day of spotting.  I have never had a period like that unless I was on birth control pills or patches.  This was a huge step for me, and for the 2nd month in a row I did not have cramps.  I believe this was a result of the Propolis for cramps and perhaps the MMS for timeframe in which I menstruated.  It seemed as though I was always on my period before, I would flow for nearly 2 weeks and then 2 weeks later would have another period.  I am looking forward to more progress on this front with continued use of both supplements.

On my husband’s war front, he is making progress too.  Of course he doesn’t want to attribute any of it to the MMS, but they are things that have gone since taking the MMS.  Things that he has lived with for years are suddenly gone after starting the protocol, but to him that is just an odd coincidence.  He will come around.  Anytime I mention to him to stop taking it if he doesn’t feel it is helping he will respond with “I will keep taking it just in case.”.  If you knew my husband, he does not do anything he doesn’t want to and will not allow anyone to urge him to do so.  So, I know that deep down he feels that maybe it is the MMS, I think he is just on the fence still.

His elbow joint pain is completely gone, he used to have me massage it every night, and now it is gone.  He hasn’t asked me to massage his arm in a week now.  His knee pain is getting better everyday, and that is not something we thought MMS would help.  The knee pain is due to a fall where he tore his miniscus(sp), but it is getting better everyday.  He can stand for longer periods of time, walk for longer periods of time, and walk faster than he has in the 5 yrs we’ve been married.

His restless legs are gone, he used to move them non-stop.  All night in bed he would shake them, scratch them, and wiggle them, and even while watching tv he would start jerking his legs around.  That is a welcome relief for all of us, I think that is what is contributing to his sleeping better.  He used to take No-Doz everyday, and has not asked me for them in over a week.  So I know his quality of sleep has improved dramatically.  Thank God, because I hate letting him take No-Doz everyday.  I know they are bad for you, but he won’t listen to me.

A couple days ago, he brought up a patch on his arm he has had for awhile.  It is about the size of a pencil eraser, and he told me he thought it was skin cancer.  He did live most of his life in Florida, and was in the sun all the time.  I about freaked, and couldn’t believe how he kept this from me for months.  He said not to worry because it was going away.  He showed it to me, and you can definitely tell it was something strange, but I didn’t know what it looked like before.  He said it was black, raised, rough, and bumpy, and now it is gray and flat and feels like a small patch of dry skin.  Perhaps it was skin cancer, but since I didn’t know about it before to get him to the doctor, we will never know.  According to him, it was much worse a week ago than it is right now, so it was something the MMS didn’t take kindly to.

The nail fungus will be the longest ailment to track, as we won’t really know until we see regrowth of some sort.  He is still getting reactions in his fingertips and toe tips after taking the MMS.  They still get red and bumpy and now they look like little popped blister near the nail bed and to the first knuckle.  We are sure that something is going on, we just don’t know what yet.

The swelling in is legs and feet is completely gone, even after standing most of the day at work.  This is huge progress, and perhaps it may be helping with his recurring cellulitis problems.  When his cellulitis comes back he usually gets a big sore like a boil or something, or his legs will swell really bad and start to weep.  They get really red and really hot, and always require a trip to the doctor for antibiotics.  Something he hates doing, but we were always afraid the infection would spread, plus he would take a few days off work to get through it.  He usually gets a couple outbreaks a year, usually 2-3 so only time will tell.  I am certain that if the MMS kills the nail fungus and the athlete’s foot, the cellulitis will be gone.

I have always thought he was diabetic, and he may be, however he won’t get any testing done to know for sure.  His mother was diabetic, and I assume he is too.  However, since taking the MMS his mood has been better, and he hasn’t had the mood swings he normally has.  He hasn’t been craving sugar like normal, and even turned down a trip to the ice cream shop a couple of days ago.  If you know my husband, ice cream is his favorite thing in the whole world.  We would go through a gallon a week of ice cream, and now I have not bought any over a week.  Could be a candida thing, or could be a blood sugar thing, I am not really sure.

Another thing that we noticed, and didn’t realize it may have been some sort of health issue, is his itching back.  My husband would ask me to scratch his back every night at bed time, and every time we would sit down to dinner.  He would have the kids scratch his back when I was not home to do it.  This as been a daily/nightly routine the 5 years we have been married.  Two nights ago in bed I mentioned that he has not asked me to scratch his back in a week.  He thought for a moment and said “Yeah, I guess I haven’t now that you mention it.”, and so I asked more questions and told me it just doesn’t itch anymore.  After 5 years of doing this nightly, I thought to myself that it was strange it is suddenly gone.  Then I thought what if it wasn’t just an itching back, what if it was a parasite or some other type of infection.  How could we not realize that maybe an overly itchy back was a sign of something more serious?  So, we didn’t realize it, but the itchy back was apparently a sympton of something else or a health problem all by itself.  I am glad it is gone, cause I hated scratching his back for 20 mins a night.

Bottom line, the MMS is doing something.  You cannot see that many positive changes in such a short time and assume that it is anything else.  All the positives that have come about, have come about since taking the Propolis and the MMS.

Just so everyone knows, I have no financial interest in MMS.  Having said that, all progress is true and accurate based on my personal experience.  I am not urging anyone to seek out home remedies of any sort, nor advising them to replace their traditional medical care.  I am also not urging anyone to use MMS, I am simply stating my regimen and what it seems to be doing for me.  I cannot tell you what it will do for you, or if you are a candidate to take the supplement; only you know what your body is telling you and what it does and does not need.

a href=”http://www.isamap.com/?p=13″> VAGINAL DISCHARGE is just a natural concept of creation by God and this leaves our sisters with nothing to alter except to appreciate the entire thing. Let the fluid surge out of organ but do not allow yourself to suffer in silence when the same fluid becomes sickening.
